Information you provide

The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email, state, ZIP code, date of birth, mortgage balance or home value, tobacco use, and whether you have had cancer, heart disease, diabetes, or stroke. Health answers and date of birth are sensitive personal information.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your mortgage protection insurance request, review potential coverage options, and contact you by phone or email about that request. A quote request is not an application for insurance and does not establish coverage.

Service providers and security

Submitted requests are transmitted to TrueNorth Financial’s GoHighLevel customer relationship management service through a secure server connection when configured. This website does not store your quiz answers in browser storage or a separate lead database. A submission timestamp and the consent wording are included with your request. Service providers may process information to deliver these services; no electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

Completing the form is voluntary. You may close the form without submitting it. By selecting Request my quote, you consent to using the information you provide, including health answers, to review your request, and to contact by TrueNorth Financial by phone and email. Consent is not a condition of buying insurance. This form does not request consent to automated marketing texts or prerecorded calls.

Booking a consultation

Opening the booking calendar loads a service hosted by LeadConnector. Information you enter there is handled by that service and TrueNorth Financial for scheduling your consultation.

Privacy requests

You may request corrections or ask to stop further contact by replying to the TrueNorth Financial representative who responds to your quote request. TrueNorth Financial must confirm its official privacy contact and applicable retention practices before collecting live requests.
